香港人最喜歡喝茶吃點心,以前要去酒樓才可以吃到,現在開了很多點心專賣店,今天便到佐敦區內一試。黑松露菜苗餃$25,黑松露味道不算太重,混合在菜苗,味道清甜,加上餃子包煙煙靭靭,很有新意。蜜汁叉燒腸$23,叉燒份量不少,味道甘香,腸粉嫩滑爽口,兩者配合得天衣無縫,果然是個人最愛的點心。鮑螺片滑雞粥$24,粥㡳香甜,滑鮑螺片口感結實,雞肉質鮮嫩,是港式有味粥的特色。香煎蘿白糕$18,表面煎得香脆,配合辣椒醬,就可以提鮮和減少油膩感。上海小籠包$24,肉汁豐富,進食時要小心。
