在佐敦文英街竟然有間日式私房菜,晚餐定價一位$580或$890,我們當夜試了$890的套餐,用上不少當造食材,例如有白子和北海道生蠔。印象最深刻必定是煙燻吞拿魚下巴幽奄燒,每口魚肉都充滿油脂香,帶有醬油和少許煙熏味,調味均勻。大蝦伴入蝦膏一起炒香,入口爽口又甘香。鐵板厚燒A5近江黑毛和牛肉質嫩滑,充滿油香。主食大閘蟹粉蟹肉伴三輪冷素麵也非常吸引,蟹粉和蟹肉份量不少,加點香醋更能提鮮。最後當然不少得甜品,自家製的焦糖巴斯克芝士蛋糕味道很不錯呢。
