車仔麵通常比人嘅感覺就係重口味、重味精,個湯底來來去去都係腩汁、辣汁、咖哩汁,一係就咸一係就油,但係呢到嘅湯底竟然有姬松茸蟲草花湯同胡椒豬肚湯底,而且自稱真材實料絕無味精熬製,用住家湯做車仔麵湯底真係第一次見天氣涼涼地,我就叫咗胡椒豬肚湯底驅寒暖胃一下。碗麵一黎就已經聞到好香胡椒味,而望落去都好足料,每樣餸嘅分量都好多。平時車仔麵嘅湯我係一定唔會飲嘅,但呢個就點都要試下啦!一入口就feel到胡椒嘅辣,但唔算好勁,又完全無豬肚嘅內臟味,真心唔錯嘅個湯底。車仔麵餸大部分係大路野,但都做得唔錯。我一碗叫咗蜂巢豆腐、陳皮魚蛋、魚肉春卷同白蘿蔔,另一碗都叫咗蜂巢豆腐,仲有流心丸、滷水蛋同豬軟骨。個人推介蜂巢豆腐、流心丸同豬軟骨蜂巢豆腐比起普通豆腐更加吸湯,所以湯底好叫佢就特別好味流心丸我都係第一次食,咬落外面係普通魚蛋,入面就係奶皇流沙包嘅味,幾有趣豬軟骨煮得好入味,帶少少醋酸味,十分開胃另外我都有叫到小食嘅,但對比起碗麵就較為普通,無咩特別啦
