講到元朗車仔麵,大家可以發掘下不少其他用心小店,唔洗排隊,坐得舒服,最緊要係店中每位都好親切,好nice。今次我食嘅車仔麵叫砵砵車仔麵,一嚟餐廳職員就介紹我食花膠碗仔翅($30),勁足料。啖啖食落都有料,份量足,味道夠,值得推介。然後緊係要點杯野飲啦,叫左杯得意d嘅野飲,叫華田脆爆($12),要左少甜,當然都係阿華田嘅味道,但上面加左d朱古力脆脆,都幾好味。到主角車仔麵喇,我要左粗麵,豬紅,豬腸同冬菇,加要雲南酸辣汁,加埋$36,大大碗。冬菇用秘制醬汁整,好入味,豬紅豬腸真係車仔麵必食嘅配答黎,超正,份量又多。最重要係個雲南酸辣汁,個汁蒜味重,酸酸甜甜,好開胃,我就覺得一d都唔辣,再辣d會開心d。清哂台面嘅野之後,真係勁飽。好滿足,又平又抵食,大家得閒都試下小店啦,媲美到名牌車仔麵店嫁。
