朋友相約到'住家廚神'Ricky Lai位於觀塘的'My Home Chef'用饍,我抱持試試無妨的心態應約.因為平時對私房菜興趣缺缺.
先説地點,觀塘工業區?不是嘛?!未去感覺已經抗拒..但實際上也頗為便利,牛頭角MTR出,穿過隧道行幾分鐘便到.較平日去中環行上SOHO路程還短很多.
店內格局,open kitchen讓環境變得開揚,我們一行六人六時半左右去到,落地玻璃映照的天色還是藍的.
煑持人Ricky很友善,讓我們參觀廚房,裝潢雖然簡潔,但設施很專業.

整個餐的菜式都十分清新,很有初夏的感覺;不能說那道菜最得我心,因為每款均有些特別的元素或味道是出面沒有的..這就是
的神秘力量嗎?也許吧.不過最後的Udon可以省去,太多太飽了!
每人盛惠$600,這樣環境,食材和份量,不貴.
據悉價錢可去到$1,000,若想吃些exclusive菜式.可是對我來說$600的級數已很滿意了.頂級消費喇,因為沒有人請,要自費.
