屯門紅橋一向有好多小店,有間岩石燒牛扒屋,大大塊熱辣辣既燒牛扒,百零蚊元就有交易,今晚特登走去試下!先來前菜+湯沙律菜配芝麻醬, 基本上係冇得輸,蔬菜新鮮爽脆,仲有兩片蘋果tim,好開胃。蘑菇粟米忌廉湯飲落有奶香味, 食到有粒粒粟米有口感,唔錯。明太子雞翼啱啱炸起脆卜卜, 雞肉嫩滑, 裏面的明太子唔會過咸。👍🏻安格斯牛肩肉 200g熱石爐上擺放著手掌咁大既牛肉,咋咋聲,口水都流埋,燒過3分鐘後,大約八成熟, 入後會有一陣牛肉香味,冇雪藏味,肉質嫩腍,而且仲好juicy。我鐘意加埋燒汁食仲更加惹味。配菜中,我最欣賞薯蓉,石燒低陪的薯蓉最後變咗薯片🤣🤣卡邦尼意粉啖啖都有蘑菇碎同煙肉,材料十足, 口感creamy,奶味香濃,但略嫌意粉煮得過淋,冇彈性。
