The Flying Elk 係喺蘭桂坊附近,地點唔難搵,今次同朋友去dinner,試過整體都滿意嘅!👍🏻因為有個朋友收工後趕黎,所以我地叫左少少前菜飲飲杯野先🍸🍸首先要讚嘅係佢嘅Drink menu選擇多真係可以媲美酒Bar,以下係我影嘅一小部份咁我試左佢一杯sweet wine,同埋叫左Truffle Popcorn 同 Deep Fried pig’s ears。Truffle popcorn 比較乾身香口,見到係用爆谷機新鮮整出黎,唔係包裝好嘅爆谷,佢配左黑松露碎喺面,香味同口感都唔錯!! 但真係要襯熱食,新鮮個時係最好味!😋另外仲有個小食係deep fried pig’s ears,佢啱啱上菜個時我地仲以為係魷魚腳🦑 但食落先知係🐷耳,雖然係炸嘅,但油溫控制得好好,一炸好就上碟,唔會吸左好多油,比較清爽,配酒小菜黎講推薦!無幾耐朋友黎左,就上主菜啦!首先講下個Tar tar lamb in dill啦,羊仔肉入口即溶,唔會有腥味,上面配菜嘅酸蘿蔔絲酸酸甜甜好開胃!味道似德國常見嘅酸菜,好啦,佢好成功打開我地個胃🤤🤤🤤另外,我地叫左個Baby Chicken & L Obst

另外,我地叫左個Baby Chicken & L Obster “POT- AU- FEU”,waiter會先送上一個小小嘅茶杯,佢同我地解釋話係龍蝦湯,係baby chicken 🐔嘅汁黎,呢細細杯湯好重龍蝦味,食落就知佢係落足料熬出黎,雞嘅嫩滑同濃蝦好夾呀!
仔細一望,原來佢個餐刀係用瑞典出品,由放龍蝦汁嘅茶杯仔到餐具都精心挑選,睇得出用心之處!
我地問waiter有咩推薦菜,咁佢就同我地講試下呢個Roasted Scallop,係佢地嘅signature,佢個扇貝的確唔錯,好新鮮同彈牙,個特制醬汁令到個味道豐富好多,抵試嫁!!
哈哈哈,終於到甜品喇!
個人相當推薦佢個Creme Brulee,我係一個好鍾意食甜品,但又怕甜嘅怪人,
佢唔算話好甜,加上D nuts好香口,完美作結我地個dinner gathering 😍😍😍
