To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六中午到這家酒樓午膳,它位於港鐵灣仔站A出口附近,位置相當方便。樓高兩層感覺寛闊開揚,但裝修殘舊。 點心的價錢大部分是30多元,經濟實惠。點了以下食物: 叉燒腸粉 ($35) 一共三條,結實飽滿,內裡填了大量叉燒,腸粉滑溜質感很好。 原隻鮮蝦餃 ($39) 蝦餃漲卜卜,熱呼呼的,表皮鬆軟,蝦肉爽口彈牙。 鮮蝦菜苗水晶餃 ($32) 透過晶瑩的表皮,可見內裡菜苗的翠綠色,混了蝦肉,令味道和口感多了一個層次。 荷香紅米珍珠雞 ($30) 一籠兩件,糯米煙韌而紅米脆身,配料有瘦肉、冬菇及蛋黃,充滿香氣,亦有飽肚感。 高湯魚肚鮮竹卷 ($35) 只有兩件鮮竹卷,但放了兩大塊魚肚。鮮竹卷本身鮮嫰,浸在清澈的高湯,減低肥膩感,比較健康,魚肚吸收了高湯的清甜。 鴻圖伊麵 ($138) 表面一層配料是蟹肉絲和蛋花,做法簡單亦保留傳統,伊麵份量極多。 整體食物質素良好,服務普普通通,勝在價錢平。
