想當然 鴨皮已經不脆 好彩鴨肉都算軟熟 配上青瓜條同蔥段 味道不差。

香辣海蜇用厚身的頭部位 配上大量芽菜 很清爽 極好。

酸辣湯麵 麵條的顏色是綠色 好得意 雖然味道同口感 同一般白色北方麵套無分別
酸辣湯裡的材料 切到一絲絲 長度一致 師傅刀功一流 不過個人口味 是覺得不夠酸辣。
地方寬敞 樓面服務在中菜餐廳來講 都算積極 有機會會再來試晚飯
To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
