主菜揀咗牛脊肉配法國鴨肝同香橙烤豬腩, 呢一個main course真係冇得彈, 肉煮得剛剛到火喉, 配合到我要嘅要求, 不乾不油, keep到肉汁, 鴨肝亦合格.

相反香橙烤豬腩就有少少軟過頭, 口感有啲「梅」,可能係煮得太熟或者醃嘅過程有啲偏差而導致.
