衝着餐廳據稱的維多利亞年代裝修特色而來的我,一入到去就給舊式古典裝潢深深的吸引着。雖然餐廳是位於一家非常破舊的商場,尤其當我搭升降機上去時,升降機裏面的衛生程度,簡直是無辦法想像的。不過,當你到達2樓後,一進去一出升降機時,就有種天堂與地獄的分別,令到裏面裝修更有一種別樹一幟的風格。裏面的復古擺設,大多沿用維多利亞時代的香港。一坐底,他們經理便送上荔枝茶開胃解渴。味道唔錯。之後,我就叫一個肉羊豬的拼盤,同埋一碟白魚sashimi 。湯底有好多選擇,有藥材,有新鮮魚湯,等等等等,各式各樣,總之就睇落去好補。我則叫一個辣湯底以及豬湯底。來到的時候,我馬上試咗兩啖,確實係用料十足,既濃又但有陣陣香味。肉的拼盤來到之後,我就發現內臟比較多,同我想像中有點不同,要帶部的內臟都比較𡁻口,所以我有點扣分,不過內臟以外的豬牛羊都好食。如果下次我再來,我會直接單點豬牛羊,這個拼盤除非你很喜歡內臟否則,我建議你直接a la carte 點。白魚sashimi 也唔錯,可以新鮮生食,也可以擺落湯煮熟嚟食。我兩樣都試過,不過我偏向新鮮生食,因為煮熟後冇咗個鮮味,同埋煮熟後同普通蒸魚差唔多未,冇乜特別。而生食,

最後,環境質素當然是100分,而每一張枱的空間也很大,非常舒適,我們四個人坐,但枱是接近六七個人的空間!另外,洗手間也是一個特色,當你行進去的時候,沿途有個走廊,牆上填滿了以前的報紙,細心一看,裏面內容看似還是真的!非常有趣。洗手間裏面乾淨,連廁所格,及廁所的水箱也明顯花了心機設計,很有舊時復古的風氣。
