To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友話太興好正,想去食燒味。以我呢個咁鐘意飲飲食食既人來說,當然冇所謂。今日的平價飯係乳豬紅腸/叉燒紅腸。太興既招牌菜係乳豬,好多人排晒長龍都要去買,所以我都係揀了乳豬紅腸,再加多$3要杯凍檸茶。乳豬確實係好脆,肉又唔怕"韌",係幾好。可惜只得幾件,而紅腸就很一般,連飲品要$30似乎唔多划算。不過,在眾多的連鎖店來說,這也算是較似樣的一間。
