鍾意同朋友試新野 開係銅鑼灣又幾方便得閒冇野做可以去食上壽司前有3個前菜分別係生蠔 鮑魚同吞拿魚下巴生蠔好大隻 幾鮮 但個人唔係太鍾意太隻生蠔鮑魚唔錯一啲都唔韌好易咬 可以點埋佢個膽汁唔會腥師傅解釋話係自家製磯煮鮑魚,慢煮方式,再孽製數小時。將鮑魚肝顏碎再以加醬汁調配至鮑魚肝醬天然鮑魚味較出,食到鮑魚原本鮮味底下有一齊孽製的蘿蔔,非常惹味,送酒一流下巴煎得好香 師傅仲幫我撩晒啲肉出嚟 唔使自己郁手中間啲壽司唔記得咗影 我都幾鍾意個舍利唔會太酸啲師傅講啲海鮮係喺北海道黎 同核廢水冇乜關係手背海膽香港人最鍾意我真係好鍾意食鮟鱇魚乾 最後仲有個烏冬食唔晒啲份量太多最後食到好飽食唔落以千五嚟講份量算好多 性價比都幾高
