前排屋企人生日慶祝,去青衣城shopping發現有間幾有feel嘅日本餐廳,原來係專食雞肉,門口睇menu望落有好多煮法,又有邊爐打,一於試試佢!我地叫左招牌水炊鍋,佢係博多傳統高級料理,湯底呈奶白色,加入左椪醋,微微帶酸,更突出雞件的鮮味。職員教我地step by step食,首先煮雞肉,再沾椪醋一齊食,然後再落野菜,飲啖帶野菜鮮甜的濃厚雞湯,正!雞肉除左雞全翼之外,仲有肉丸同埋雞肝,十分之嫩滑。野菜都有好多款,包括蘿蔔、豆腐、金菇、冬菇大蔥等等。我地仲叫左吉列華味鳥卷(4件),口感好特別,香脆的吉列華味鳥包裹於軟糯的手握卷物之中,面頭仲有超多木魚絲,忍唔住一個人食左兩件。至於鐵板炭火華味鳥,上枱個時熱辣辣出煙,雞肉好香好嫩滑,雞皮又脆,幾好味。屋企人仲order左幾款串燒:雞爽肉串、雞心串、雞胸軟骨串,佢話燒得勁爽脆,直情同喺日本食無咩分別。埋單大約700蚊,成餐飯都食得好開心,下次黎開青衣會再幫襯~
