To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到去環境尚可,我行去buffet table睇...下一個圈睇曬所有野,少吾少d呀???唯有主攻冷盤啦!熱盤就真係少到5-6樣咋!以咁既388另加一,大把地方食到啦!貪佢新開試下咋!冷盤有生蠔/長腳蟹/龍蝦仔/蝦/極細的翡翠螺(似東風螺lor...wakaka)刺身有:三文魚/吞拿魚/綢魚/八爪魚,最值得讚係生蠔真係幾鮮甜!其餘的都普通無乜印象lu...
