放工約咗朋友食晚飯,諗住係天后附近搵野食,遠處就見到一間白雪雪、好光猛嘅餐廳,上openrice 睇食評先知係新餐廳,食嘅野食有日式,又有西式。我想食得清淡少少,所以就叫咗個 65度慢煮嫩雞胸凱撒沙律($78),用咗優惠價$18加咗杯香橙鮮果紅茶。個沙律等咗大約30分鐘左右,慢工出細貨,佢每塊沙津菜都塗滿沙律醬,加上煙肉粒同蒜蓉包粒,好好食。今次係我第二次食慢煮雞肉,塊雞胸好明顯慢煮完之後,佢再用炭火燒表面先切片,燒得好香,肉質好滑,唔講真係唔似食緊雞胸肉。我朋友叫咗個蕃茄湯底嘅美國極級牛肩胛石頭鍋烏冬($78),再加$18 叫咗杯粉紅西柚冷泡高山烏龍茶。烏冬差唔多10分鐘就到咗,因為用火山石黎裝,d湯仲沸騰緊,好吸引😌呢度嘅烏冬幾彈牙,牛肉好重牛嘅香味,蕃茄湯底好濃郁,我朋友最後飲哂d 湯😂。我覺得烏龍茶好飲過生果茶,我本身唔係好飲甜野,但係叫咗少甜都係偏甜
