今日去捃師傅發板不過今次只能坐ORDER檯,因為眼見都幾滿....前菜先來個冷食玉子以往在東京築地食開是熱騰騰製作的,凍冰冰的玉子倒是第一次嚐,個人都係喜歡微暖或熱食的呢 !跟著就到刺身出場我真係好鍾意厚切刺身厚厚的感覺很治癒 紅線鯛金目𩶘左口牡丹蝦深海池魚卜口 和風沙律卷 雖只是普通的食材,但將和風沙律改一改LOOK弄成卷物狀,師傅多了功夫,但賣相變得精緻,還多了一分日式感覺 長崎県小長井牡蠣FRESH & JUICY  微爽中帶少少海水味又有少少甘甜,我好鍾意食生蠔,尤其係日式依個食法 !!!! 鮟鱇魚肝鐖煮鮑魚(鮑魚膽汁)鮑魚好夠林,夠味,原來鮑魚膽汁撈埋一齊食係咁好味,平時會拎走果串野明太子蝦天婦羅天辣辣新鮮熱辣既天婦羅,外層的炸粉薄薄的 釀了明太子在蝦中,令蝦天婦羅變得不平凡蓮葉鰻魚飯蓮葉包著鰻魚,令鰻魚多了一重獨特葉香,無諗到日式料理有此一著  不一樣的鰻魚飯   飯有著鰻魚和葉香,別具一格!!最後由綠茶雪糕作這頓廚師發板作結尾,好彩綠茶味唔係茶道果隻GREEN TEA ESPRESSO咁濃厚,淡淡綠茶味剛好 !
