To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和家人去食, 本人真的不知道一火原來此處係有咁好味的餐廳!一出8樓, 發覺地方好特別, 十分中式, 很多古董!人手夠, 或許應該說係學生多?叫了個"羊城情懷晚宴".六個人食, 係tasting menu, 有十三四樣野食, 真的不錯.鮑絲涼麵, 五彩黃瓜卷, 油爆鮮海蝦 都是我的最愛!!!海鮮全都很新鮮.花膠炖螺頭湯, 不太咸, 夠好味; 蒜蒸聖子皇 也很新鮮味.水準好高, 但可惜, 只招待會員.消毒都勁d, 手巾話明可殺99.9% 大腸杆菌, 克雷白氏肺炎菌, 金黃葡萄球菌!!!
