To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Boxing day閒閒沒事做就跑來這附近逛逛,看到這店的佈置還蠻有聖誕氣氛就進來看看有什麼好吃的。(佈置包裝真的很重要!)沙拉加了balsamic vinegar,非常基本的配搭,沒什麼好說的主菜嘛。。原以為蛋會是水水的像溫泉蛋那樣,蛋汁能跟底下蕃茄醬還有麵包攪拌後一起吃,誰知道。。。蛋被煮熟透了,好難過。。好失望哦。。。飲料還不錯,點了壺薑茶。有點感冒的我,喝了也沒覺得辣,而且還可以多次要求加熱水再泡再喝,ok哦!

主菜嘛。。原以為蛋會是水水的像溫泉蛋那樣,蛋汁能跟底下蕃茄醬還有麵包攪拌後一起吃,誰知道。。。蛋被煮熟透了,好難過。。好失望哦。。。
