Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天約了朋友到觀塘的「駟馬」嘆下午茶,顧客很多,幾乎滿座。我們選了幾款點心,開了壽眉茶-----要讚一下這裏的茶,清香而無苦澀味,品質上乘。還有自動沖水機,非常先進。“鴛鴦水晶包”,分別是蓮蓉餡和奶黃餡,包皮爽滑,餡料各有特色,我個人較喜歡蓮蓉餡。“潮州蠔仔粥”,一大碗,重點是蠔仔份量多,而且都很大隻,蠔仔肉質鮮美,再加上豬肉碎、柴魚等配料,非常可口,是必食之選。“爆口叉燒包”,經典粤式叉燒包,比較大個,叉燒肉不是肥豬肉,有質感,味道也不錯。“金粟牛肉腸粉”,牛肉餡料豐富,當中粟米有咬口,不過若腸粉皮薄一點更好。“海蜇手撕雞”,有爽口彈牙的海蜇,嫩滑的手撕雞肉,配上濃香麻醬,口感和味蕾同時獲得滿足,亦是必食之選。這裏的環境舒適,食物美味,是嘆下午茶的好地方。
