系中環試過最伏噶餐廳‼️懷疑主廚之前係老麥做⁉️個技術基本上就係 = 學識炸薯條無耐ge水平‼️兩個人食佐1k出頭首先個扒要medium rare,上離之後完全唔係個回事,直接做到medium,塊扒薄切切,三歲細路都食唔len飽蒜油意粉同樣無任何水準,啲蒜種要略苦????最離譜係生蠔,個waiter一味sale你食貴價品種,而且品質上到離之後只可以話一般,無咩特別跟住開生蠔個師傅同個waiter都唔係十分專業,生蠔名都記錯,有兩個品種都係我自己糾正翻,先至知道介紹錯佐,好心就唔好sell話自己係主打生蠔😓😓總之一句到尾,係有心食西餐一定要避開,唔好中伏💔💔
