To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前黎呢到食過晚飯,印象中都不過不失嘅,但今次食完後應該唔會再有下次。整體都十分之差,是日酒樓已經無咩人,但落左單30分鐘都未有上菜,催完一輪先黎一碟,跟住一碟餸送飯又再等多幾個字,再三催先上得哂🥲但啲餸都好唔掂。花膠豆腐-唔提味道,只係講花膠,唔知點解會苦的。蜜桃骨-omg, 啲骨好似係炸完好耐先用汁炒番,粉多之餘完全唔香/脆,一pat粉,好似隔左夜叮番熱佢咁,啲肉好‘林’,好似‘霉’咁。得啲罐頭蜜桃好食😡蒸白鱔-無味,唔識評論。魚香茄子煲-最正常的了炒豆苗-老左啲,但都算係咁啦整體真係好伏,可能呢間專注做打邊爐(打邊爐到時到候8:30好多人排隊)同埋套餐掛,好奇怪地我地點嘅餸碟碟都好靚樣好似好好食,個個原本好開心咁夾落去,點知味道同質地都好唔掂。如果可以比負分真係想比負佢啊🙈

花膠豆腐-唔提味道,只係講花膠,唔知點解會苦的。
