試過一兩次和牛燒肉一郎,對其質素都有信心,見咁耐無食,一於收工帶好友一齊試荃灣分店。雖然都開咗一陣子,但住得咁近嘅我都係第一次嚟,格局都分明,同其他分店設計相若,算企理簡約。設有醬汁、沙律、飲品同甜品自助區,一目了然,仲有爆谷可以揀。今次友人想食豪少少,我地決定揀Set E $598試試。頭盤:原塊日本A4和牛扒黑毛和牛六款盛合(三角腹肉、牛肋肉、肩胛肉、牛肋條、一口牛、肉眼)海鮮三款盛合(原隻魷魚筒、青口、蝦) .頭盤首先奉上以上三款,兩大塊和牛扒軟韌具牛香.黑毛和牛拼盤每款設4塊,其實食完成盤都接近半飽,最欣賞三角腹肉、牛肋條同一口牛,每款色澤其實都好靚,食得出分別,無雪藏味.魷魚筒爽口彈牙又巨型,青口同蝦表現都不俗牛肉:特上牛舌棒極上厚切牛舌薄切上等牛舌芯牛外橫膈膜 鹽味醬熟成壺漬牛肋肉.其餘牛肉主要試咗呢幾款,軟韌不膩嘅牛舌棒係重點推介,一定要叫爆;牛舌厚薄切風味不一,但都值得一試;牛肋肉完全唔韌,仲有熟成嘅醬香即食類:生牛肉刺身生牛拖羅刺身炙燒牛外橫隔膜特選拌生牛肉炙燒生牛肉烤和牛卷.和款生牛肉刺身都幾特別;拌生牛肉同炙燒版都好值得試,牛肉軟嫩不腥,加埋滑溜生雞蛋一流炸物:黑
