🥢南非鮑魚 - 慢煮了4小時,爽口彈牙,面頭搽了蟹膏麵豉,增添多一點味道

🥢甘鯛 - 用了立鱗燒,酥香清脆,魚肉柔嫩細滑,以生紫菜汁高湯浸著,增添一份清爽

🥢大拖羅 - 用了炙燒方法將魚油逼出,油脂甘香,入口即溶

🥢鱈場蟹肉 - 配了醋啫喱,肉質鮮甜嫩滑,散發淡淡海水味

🥢白海膽 - 以燒鱈魚乾墊底,灑上淡雪鹽,食落更清甜
