紅磡嘅朋友都應該認識,「銘興山西刀削麵」我第一次嘅黎試。亦因為熱情嘅老闆娘同客人都已經建立左一定嘅關係,加上價錢大眾化,好容易成為街坊嘅飯堂。花雕醉雞刀削麵$56改熱拌麵啦加 $10食物份量大到嚇親,刀削麵係一大盤,足足兩人份量。以為北方食物味道偏重,原來又未必。刀削麵煙煙靭靭,和廣東麵的幼細背道而馳,粗豪的外表,但口感卻十分順滑,配上大量青瓜絲和花生,微辣蒜蓉和麻醬,絕對是多重享受!估佢唔到花雕醉雞足足有半隻雞咁多,花雕酒的濃香滲入鷄件,亦加入了杞子、紅棗等令賣相更吸引。鷄腿和鷄胸也同樣嫩滑,完全沒有雪味,花雕酒香氣在舌頭上陪伴,酒香四溢,還有流心雞蛋也充斥著酒香,我超喜歡!連杯凍檸蜜都係大大杯。
