冬陰公甜蝦沙律: (full)原來全份既份量係好多好大盤. 2人叫半份就岩岩好.個醬汁唔會好辣, 有少少果仁/麻醬. 而且有香茅, 檸檬葉等既泰國香料風味.大量既椰菜加上新鮮菠蘿條同炸脆既配料, 仲有6隻大大隻甜蝦. 個組合原來都好夾.但美中不足既係就算有菠蘿既微甜都中和唔到大量椰菜既甘苦味.炭燒安格斯牛扒漢堡配白松露薯條:我地加錢轉左白松露薯條, 好香松露味, 唔會太脆, 冇咩薯味. 個人唔太中意幼身薯條.炭燒安格斯牛扒燒得太老太硬, 肉質比較實, 可能店員冇問或我地冇要求幾成熟.不過個牛扒漢堡都好重牛味. 配料有生菜, 蕃茄, 芝士, 紅洋蔥. (可以加錢增加其他配料)個包烘得夠熱夠脆.蜂蜜焗梨酥:賣相好吸引, 焗到又熱又脆既酥皮卷著梨, 有牛油香味.不過最欣賞係桂花梨肉碎既蜂蜜醬汁, 桂花添加左花香好夾香甜蜂蜜味.個醬汁係微凍, 有冷熱效果.
