To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彩明商場裝修後,原本3樓只有酒樓一間食肆,而家變成一間連鎖式餐廳,一間茶餐廳。今次試嘅係有埋麵包部嘅茶餐廳,下午茶時間唔算多人,茶餐款式亦算多,除咗輕食嘅下午茶,仲有比較飽肚嘅粉麵飯。食物味道可以,同一般茶餐廳無差別,我覺得餸菜算多。不過服務就麻麻,幫我哋落單無將飲品打落茶餐度另收費,我哋發現改單後就咁加返錢落茶餐,收正價飲品無删除,比錢要再改露出極不耐煩表情加埋講“唼”字,不過收銀員講咗多次唔好意思。酥皮蛋撻,層次夠,不過只係微微暖。雪山西多士,分三件上碟,每件上面都放一小塊牛油,只需一開二就可以,方便食客,糖漿獨立包裝更衞生。美極乾炒牛肉河粉,中規中矩。忌廉汁蘑菇焗雞扒意粉,雞扒都幾多,份量滿意,味道可以。紫菜照燒汁雞扒魚柳意粉,好味過上面嘅意粉,無咁淡。五香牛雜河,無特別。
