To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩個人唔係好肚餓,點咗兩個麵加一個炸物,餓住咁走。 份量實在太少,本來都諗住追加,但係實在太難食, 都係算數。$ 62蚊炸蝦餅凍檬,真係少得可憐,佢一上枱我已經嚇親, 分量太少而且輕飄飄。凍檬我夾咗五啖就已經食完。炸蝦餅兩舊剪成四塊。 炸蝦餅普通嘢啦,唔彈牙。 配菜係花生,炸蒜 (好大陣油益味),芽菜,生菜, 極小量嘅蔥。 配菜都有齊但係就帶唔出嗰種越南風味。$64脆炸香葉魷魚圈,一上檯已經油林林咁款。入口好難受因為實在太油膩 。$72 朋友食咗個火車頭河粉,嫌佢唔夠多香草, 冇嗰種清新嘅青蔥味。 個湯底求其到一個極點,除咗個鹹字冇乜感覺 。食完兩個麵先上炸魷魚圈唔知想點。 麵成本幾多錢啫?加埋一,七十蚊一個撈檬,得嗰幾啖麵就太過份囉。
