剛去完峴港旅行不久, 就已經好想念越南河粉了。於是今晚一放工, 就搵左一間九龍城的越南菜餐廳。食越南菜當然不少得要叫碗火車頭牛肉鍋粉, 這碗火車頭份量多得不得了, 而且內容更是”全牛宴’: 生牛肉、牛腩、牛雜、牛丸、牛柏葉及牛筋牛丸、生熟牛肉、牛展、牛根和牛柏葉, 非常豐富, 當然少不了白蘿蔔的份兒。 鮮牛骨熬製湯底,濃郁鮮甜又不油膩,牛肉選用的美國肥瘦適中的牛肉,配上少許九層塔、青檸和紅辣椒伴吃,簡直是超級大滿足!朋友就點了海南雞飯,也很不錯啊! 皮爽肉滑的海南雞,配上鮮香油飯,正呀!椰汁涼粉冰青檸梳打
