今日去左葵芳地鐵站隔離食一間叫夢工房既放題,價錢都系$180左右,加多$78仲可以任食生蠔同松葉蟹,當然食盡佢啦!食物都真係有好多,淨系點菜紙都有超過10張,分開唔同種類,應該都唔會食得晒。主打松葉蟹梗系要第一時間食,食幾多隻蟹腳任你寫,都比得足。蟹腳新鮮,殼又唔會太硬,唔會太難剪開。望落以為同蟹束差唔多?甘就錯喇,蟹腳超級鮮甜而且好多肉汁,同果啲包裝蟹柳簡直系天與地之分別。另外刺身都唔錯,雖然我地把大部份精力都放係生蠔同松葉蟹,但都叫返碟刺身試下。甜蝦鮮甜,size算系大隻而且都幾厚肉既。三文魚都幾好食,味鮮有魚味,但又唔係話好突出囉。焗蠔有兩款,分別係蒜香焗蠔同埋芝士焗蠔,芝士落左煙肉,加埋表面金黃色既咸芝士,都幾香口惹味,但係蒜香就冇甘膩,而且蒜味幾香濃,比芝士更加惹味。呢度連西式扒類都有,但我都係食左羊架同牛舌Only,羊架好大隻,脂肪比例較高,亦有足夠羊羶味,雖然唔係好高級果啲,但都算係唔錯架喇。牛舌都係,雖然食得出唔係優質牛舌,冇咩爽口彈牙既質感,但係大大塊又煎得幾香口,都食得出係有牛味既,所以我自己都食左5塊有多。
