To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 共試肉類3款有澳洲純和牛、澳洲黑安格斯穀飼封門柳及澳洲冠軍草飼羊,款款肉類均色澤鮮紅,沒有血水且解凍足夠,薄片切割只需涮數秒熟度剛好,和牛脂肪分佈較平均,熟後肉質較腍,封門柳較有咀嚼度,但由於薄片所以分別不大,而羊肉味淡然,羶味不明顯

古早滷肉飯:肉粒與肥膏參半,肉粒細小且軟腍,加上滷肉味未達香濃,令古早滷肉感及咀嚼感不足,但打邊爐有滷肉飯確實有加分

芝士·綠妍:綠茶味道帶有陣陣清香如茉莉花,綠茶與水和冰比例剛好,不會突出冰水味,芝士奶蓋細滑,質感輕盈不濃稠且帶淡然芝士咸香,不會蓋過綠茶味

香水爆檸:檸檬有黃檸與青檸,酸味更有層次,再加有數粒菠蘿,令其酸味有果香,最特別在於飲品有香矛味,味道更吸引更獨特

最後無論有多飽都必定要食甜品,餐廳提供自助唧雪糕機,有3.6牛乳及白桃白,牛乳尚算濃郁,但比想像中冰感重,反而白桃味香濃帶酸,不覺溜還會一嗒接一嗒的節奏
