好耐之前食過潮福喺藍田既分店,印象唔錯,可以任點任食而且店員都好nice。今日去左深水步,路經黃金竟嗰邊竟然見到好大個潮福燈箱,原來深水步都有潮福,而且環境唔錯,唔似一般酒樓。好耐無食蒸鍋,於是即call人嚟一齊開餐。價錢都抵,星期一至四 晚上每位都係300蚊左右(兩位起),而星期五晚上就貴少少$388/位(兩位起)、8.30後入座$348/位(兩位起)。首先有三選一的粥底,會幾米同粥料加湯放入鍋底,然後蓋上開始蒸食物。呢個餐每人有一客滋潤燉湯(每位選一款):淮杞燉龍躉骨湯/姬崧茸燉螺肉,兩款都足料夠火喉。定食亦有三款:脆皮乳鴿(每位半隻)、貝殻盛盆和生猛龍蝦(每位半隻)。脆皮乳鴿燒得有油光,肉又嫩仲有肉汁;貝殻盛盆d 貝殻肉好肥美;生猛龍蝦(每位半隻)- 肉彈鮮甜。之後有自選海鮮(每位計,有4人所以選四款):蘇格蘭蟶子皇(每位一隻)、優質桶蠔(每位一隻)、生劏龍躉件(每位兩件)和生猛貴妃蚌(每位一隻)。龍躉件肉嫩滑非常!貴妃蚌和蟶子皇都彈牙鮮甜,但蠔就淡左d係咩咪味。除左有任飲之外,唔夠喉的話仲有任食系列,好多野可以點嚟蒸,好正!最後留肚食粥底,除左湯多左d之外,粥底都好鮮~盡海鮮既
