代表作真的很重要,正如學葉麗儀姐姐話齋,每次開演唱會,唔唱「上海灘」,歌迷係唔會俾佢下台,這是件很幸福的事! 好耐之前曾來過尖沙咀的「Bostonian」學開生𧐢 。現在每次中午過來食lunch,都是主要吃這𥚃的代表作 - 生蠔。 頭盤是自助任吃形式,亮點都集中在即開生蠔上。今天有紐西蘭的 Coromandel,意大利的,及法國的 Fine De Claire: 三者中我最喜歡 Fine De Claire,味道最清新,並帶少許青瓜香氣,很合工作天中午的胃納: 值得一讚是蠔 refill 得很快,源源不絕: 其餘前菜也蠻多,巴瑪火腿、海鮮、沙律、焗蠔,光吃前菜巳飽了大半!特別喜歡「三色煙三文魚」,隨影: 主菜可以四選一,牛羊魚菜齊備。 我挑了「Sautéed salmon medallion, Sea unchin ravioli, petit vegetables, green bean sauce」 餐廳叫得做「Seafood and Grill」,來吃烤三文魚柳沒錯吧。沒烤得過火,魚剛剛熟,帶油脂甘香;海膽意大利雲吞脹卜卜,配綠色的汁也漂亮。

除了海鮮,牛 (厚上!) 也做得好,我會歸功於牛扒的肉質本身靚,不用多花巧已能做到好吃的效果。

此午餐連自選甜品,人均 $378+10%,瘋愛生蠔海鮮的朋友不妨一試,來吃吃它的代表作。
