潮福又改變套餐型式, 今次可揀一個粥底一個燉湯半隻龍蝦半隻乳鴿數隻蜆四款海鮮再加其他任食配料家禽丸瓜菜主食同啤酒汽水, 三百幾蚊有咁多嘢好似好抵, 朋友話生日食蒸海鮮仲抵過食自助餐, 咁一於正日大刷一餐.阿姐推薦我地試吓竹蔗水, 果然清甜少糖幾好飲.飲燉湯入面幾多姬松茸, 湯色好清味道都好清甜.龍蝦好生猛, 放入去蒸果時仲郁郁吓. 龍蝦雖然細細隻但肉質鮮甜結實.貝殼盛盆中的花蛤皇味道鮮甜多汁乳鴿比較淺色, 食味似燒雞, 連唔食乳鴿嘅朋友都被吸引到小試一舊.北韓鮑魚第一次食, 比其他地方鮑魚亳不遜色, 加蟲草花同蒸, 蟲草花略爽與彈牙淋滑鮑魚十分匹配.大元貝蟶子皇象拔蚌肉質鮮甜, 加上生熟蒜粉絲同蒸粉絲好冶味.和牛肉蒸一分鐘就已經食得, 牛肉嫩滑冇渣.手打肉丸蝦丸鯪魚球鮮甜彈牙.雜菜都好鮮甜又唔會過老變黃.鮮淮山瑤柱粥似潮州粥, 米粒比較分明, 粥底吸收蒸物精華.一班朋友任飲任食開懷暢食一樂也!
