To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳位於觀塘工業大廈,其實唔係好難搵,而且門面已經棟左好多塊大餐單。餐廳主打紅燒牛肉麵,湯底相當濃郁,另外佢嘅面底比較特別,唔係一般嘅米線或者刀削麵。而係自己手打出嚟嘅!有少少似烏冬,但係比烏冬更有彈性!另外餐廳第二個主打就係晚市加$38可以任食小食,平時食一碟小食都已經係呢一個價,更何況而家可以任食!推介皮蛋,同埋蒜泥白肉!餐廳係每片白肉上面加咗自己自家製嘅蒜蓉醬同蒜泥,超級惹味(但食完小心會口臭)其餘小食好似青瓜、海蜇、雜菇就中規中矩啦~
