有六種湯底, 鹽雞白湯係最原始嘅湯底, 加上 唔同材料再演變成另外五種湯底。例如加上菠菜湯變成翡翠濃湯。食法有3種,湯麵/凍嘅沾面/熱嘅沾面。我想試真啲個湯底正唔正,所以叫左最基本嘅鹽雞白湯。 我揀左以湯麵嘅形式去食。雞白湯嘅雞味非常之濃郁,湯頭唔傑,同埋唔太咸。面頭有少少雞油,係真係用雞去淆湯嘅跡象。麵條比較粗身,麥味比較重,同平時食開嘅有啲唔同,好食。錦爽雞腿肉👍😍碗面本身跟咗三至四塊雞腿肉,唔夠食加28蚊都可以多3塊雞腿肉。 雞腿肉好好味,雞肉嫩滑,面頭加左黑椒調味,有少少似煙鴨胸嘅整法。溏心蛋橙黃色流心嘅蛋黃好好味。雞蛋冇特別醃到外面超級啡色超濃醬油味,主要食返雞蛋本身嘅味道,我like❤️
