好耐之前來過Mokumoku yakiton ,印象唔錯,呢日想食串燒就再過咗黎。Mokumoku yakiton 以豬為主打,提供不同產地的豬肉及特別部位,如豬肚、豬肝、豬腰、豬皮、豬小腸、豬大腸、豬喉軟骨、豬顎骨肉等刁鑽部位。當然,除咗雞,另外都有牛及海鮮串燒選擇。燒池魚池魚燒至皮脆金黃,魚肉保持嫩滑,蘸上酸汁更加提升味道。雞翼串食串燒點可以少咗燒雞翼呢?呢度嘅雞翼燒得唔錯,皮脆肉嫩,保留少少肉汁。雞軟骨串雞軟骨好有咬口,調味剛好,唔會太鹹太淡。九條蔥豚肉卷呢度主打豚肉,所以淨係豚肉卷都有好多款式。豚肉燒至油潤,配搭大蔥恰好減低膩感。紫蘇葉豚肉卷紫蘇葉同豚肉味道好夾,既有豚肉油香,又有紫蘇葉嘅芬香。
