To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. N年前是嶺南的學生,時常來此地飲茶N年後搬到嶺南的附近,剛巧嶺東嶺東商專酒樓重新開幕此地跟城大、理大一樣,城軒集團旗下的老實說,此地沒理大、城大酒樓好,當中城大環境食物都是最好的新開張的嶺南樓,食物質素高了一點點,地方大了一點點,價格貴了一點點,少了一份親民,感覺是沒有太大學生感覺的地方點了:炸蝦角-即時來,是一早做好的,但入面的蝦很鮮甜有汁,足料,沙律醬可怕,已結成硬塊蝦腸粉-熱但不算太熱,皮厚了點,都是那個優點,蝦無發過,比一般新鮮鳳爪-味道是ok的,可是有兩種鳳瓜混在內,一種是浸發過的燒賣-足料,達標但未算太出色雞扎-沒偷工減料,用火腿、姑、很大件的魚肚、雞,最正是只是中點這兒的點心多是超點的環境不錯,不算豪華,不過樓底高、舒服,不用等位。埋單約一百元左右。過後在嶺南走了一圈,嶺南變了很多呢,看不慣。
