呢間店.是以前昌記的老閭.以前的昌記.因業主收舖而結業,店主是新加坡人...來到呢間店.食物選擇多了.店員明顯訓練不足.有的黑口黑臉.有的又不熟悉餐牌.海南雞70元半只.用了傅統煮法.用冰水浸..雞皮薄.肉質鮮嫩.如果近看有雪凍了的雞油.好食..個醬.同樣是辣辣.惹味的...馬拉盞炒雜菜:40元新鮮炒的.絕無難食的理由.而味道頗辣的..都是一定好食的餸.加埋飯.飲野......160元2人..合理......
