To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由日本旅行返黎,當然對日本野依依不捨啦,所以返到黎專登揀返間拉麵黎食下,叫做緬懷一下日本既拉麵。黎到呢到當然食返碗招牌既熊拉麵。一第埋黎已經聞到豚骨香味的湯底,一啖啖試下湯味,濃濃的豚骨味加上蔥同埋木耳既香味。拉麵呈幼薄,麵條分明而口感幼嫩。至於份叉燒係梅頭,除左瘦之外亦夠薄,肉質結實但唔會鞋口。溏心蛋一篤即爆,蛋槳無流出黎但口感頗滑溜。由於我認為只有蔥同木耳既配料未夠,我再自己加上酸菜同辣芽菜吊吊味,即時令我胃酸增多,胃口大增,尤其辣芽菜像泡菜味似的,最後令我再追加一份麵底先夠喉呀。

由於我認為只有蔥同木耳既配料未夠,我再自己加上酸菜同辣芽菜吊吊味,即時令我胃酸增多,胃口大增,尤其辣芽菜像泡菜味似的,最後令我再追加一份麵底先夠喉呀。
