一直對潮州菜不是太有興趣,不過朋友話廿幾年冇食,所以喺佢STAY香港一晚就搵間離機場唔太遠而又好口啤嘅食下。當日7點先打電話BOOK8點位,點知都有枱,可能星期一啩。去到地面內舖FULL左,叫我地上對面樓上舖都8成滿,仲要大部分係後生仔。因為我地得半枱人到左另外半枱遲左差唔多成粒鐘,侍應們都冇催我地落單,只係行過黎望左3次,幾好。我地叫左6碟野,每碟都配番1-2個汁點:1. 司UM (唔太記得個餸名)第一次食,唔識開,不過朋友姑姐開埋俾我,好得意,唔同平時D貝殼類食品。2. 椒鹽豆腐平時食飯都會叫,好食,不過太多粒食唔哂3. 煎蠔餅 本來唔太鐘意食蠔,呢個菜唔抗拒,幾好食4.炸大腸 洗得都乾淨,都好食5."老"水拼盤放到好亂,一堆咁,不過好食6.凍花蟹 第一次食,時價,當日280細320大,叫左隻大分成6件+1個蓋,好多膏,口感好似食緊日本雪場蟹,好食上菜好快,侍應都幾有禮貌(當然不能跟5星級大酒店比較)
