終於再次到訪 @casamargohk (ˊo̶̶̷ᴗo̶̶̷`)食過一次午餐後一直對呢間家庭式溫馨小酒館心心念念⸝⸝‪⸝♡現時只有晚市 餐牌選擇都較簡而精畢竟只有夫妻二人打理 由前酒店大廚既老闆掌管廚房 ◦ Burrata Cheese, Prosciutto前菜大多數以burrata cheese為主角 我地揀左配火腿芝士略嫌唔夠creamy同奶香 但火腿就幾高質 油香十足唔過鹹◦ Grilled Steak當日供應既部位係西冷 聽老闆娘推介叫左medium rare火喉控制恰當 夠生但唔會有血水厚切但食落好軟冧 要肉味有肉味 要油香有油香(˶ˊᵕˋ˵)◦ Spanish Duck Breast a-la-plancha可能係因為西班牙出產?比平常食開既瘦同帶膻味煎係煎得好靚 食落就驚喜不大 會有少少靭◦ Roasted New Potatoes, Curry Aioli請務必叫呢一個配菜ჱ̒ ー̀֊ー́ )非常出色既烤薯 外皮烤得焦香內裏軟綿綿配搭既醬加左咖哩粉 莫名有熱浪既感覺lol◦ Crème Caramel w/Rice Pudding Ice-Cream◦ Coffee Crème C

前菜大多數以burrata cheese為主角 我地揀左配火腿
芝士略嫌唔夠creamy同奶香 但火腿就幾高質 油香十足唔過鹹


◦ Grilled Steak

所以任性叫左兩個 一個原味一個咖啡味
呢兩個我會推原味既.ᐟ‪‪‪.ᐟ‪‪‪
一來更食得到蛋香 二來陣咖啡味無特別
佢質地如我記憶中咁creamy 入口慢慢融化咁


◦ Peach Melba
White wine poached peach, wine jelly, raspberry sorbet
無想像中咁濃酒味 係淡淡然的
唔飲開酒既朋友都唔怕 可以一試
香甜既桃加埋白酒既清香同raspberry sorbet好夾
係食左無負擔既清爽型甜品·͜-
