泰菜酸辣醒胃,最適合潮濕悶熱的炎夏。Bamboo Thai在今年年初殺入荃灣開店,主打新派泰菜,裝修時尚簡約,坐位都算闊落,所以開業不足一年便得到不少食客青睞,午市和晚市經常要大排長龍。1. 火山排骨(小份)推薦:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️火山排骨是Bamboo Thai的招牌菜式。一上菜就十分吸睛。份量方面,雖然是小份,但都有5至6舊大骨,而且每舊骨都連住大量肉塊;味道方面,排骨仍有肉味,醬汁是以酸味為主導,但食落去辣味漸漸搶出,十分過癮;口感方面,排骨肉質仍然緊實,但不會過老,骨連肉位置相當滑嫩。2. 椰子雞湯推薦:⭐️⭐️⭐️✨味道方面與冬蔭功湯有些相似,配料均是以香茅、檸檬葉和青檸為主,有冬蔭功湯的酸,但沒有冬蔭功湯的辛辣刺激;取而代之是椰漿的香氣和溫和,入口十分順滑,相當特別。雞件都是大大件無骨,大約有5至6塊,甚具性價比。3. 泰式生蝦刺身推薦:⭐️⭐️⭐️✨去泰國菜館必食的生蝦刺身,主要是食其清爽彈牙的口感, Bamboo Thai都有做到;醬汁方面則是酸和辣為主,十分開胃。值得一提是Bamboo Thai菜單已寫明一盤生蝦刺身有8隻,明買明賣,蝦身的大小亦有誠意,不會欺場。4. 泰式大蝦炒金邊粉推薦

4. 泰式大蝦炒金邊粉
推薦:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
相當有驚喜的炒金邊粉,雖然炒得不算太有鑊氣,但味道可以搭救。大蝦有3到4隻,而且夠大隻,口感彈牙,十分足料;味道則提供了青檸和辣椒粉供拌勻食用。個人建議一定要加青檸汁,味道會提升一個層次。

5. 蒜香炒泰國椰菜苗
推薦:⭐️⭐️⭐️
十分家常的一個炒菜,椰菜苗不會炒得太老而發黃,蒜香味都足夠,可以起到解膩的作用。
