新開鋪日本餐廳,即時去試。中午原來只可以叫lunch set.但後尾胆粗粗問職員都俾我們叫啲串燒,非常感動。叫左虎蝦雞皮串、阿波尾雞翼。真是唔係講笑,虎蝦鮮甜加上雞皮脆口,一試難忘。雞翼燒到皮脆肉嫩,仍然保留到肉汁。不得不提就係佢個爐煓燒味噌四元豚肉,一放上枱香氣撲鼻,食落去外脆但有入口即融。個汁我黎勞撈煩飯簡直一流。同時叫左個廚師發板壽司set,$248元配埋牛肉烏凍。質素也ok,用料新鮮。非常抵食。整體串燒熟物實在令人驚喜,食完有衝動想試埋晚餐。希望疫情後再次光臨。
