To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時都好少係依度飲茶,不過偶然都想轉下新地方,今次依一間嘅菜苗餃真係好驚喜,所以都好想同大家分享下。好少嘅地方可以將菜苗餃整到好好食,呢一間嘅特點就係喺佢個皮,佢嘅皮好通透,而且咬落去一啲都唔粉。其次就係一定要試吓佢嘅飽汁鳳爪,如果你有叫炒粉麵飯,仲可以撈飽汁食添!鳳爪好大隻,而且好滑,煮得好入味,都只係$28一碟,抵食!另外叫咗一個豬頸肉炒烏冬,四個人食每人一兩啖就食晒,份量就一般,但係勝在好香豉油味!
