朋友出完trip,應承同佢去食法國大餐!哩間想試好耐,今次係一個好機會!有8個或10個courses 揀,我地去盡d揀左10個!先黎一系列前菜!第一道係巴馬火腿配蜜瓜雪葩,火腿咸香但無異味,咸度岩岩好,愈咬愈出味,其他餐廳會整舊蜜瓜上,哩間就將蜜瓜打成溶再雪凍,清清味蕾好清新!另上左幾塊麵包,店主話係全自製,分別有白法包同埋提子包,配上蒜蓉牛油醬,我覺得配法包好好食,但配提子包又咸又甜有d怪!第三道係生蠔,一共有4隻,兩隻海水味淡,兩隻較濃,都係黎自法國,但4隻都肥美鮮味既,肉質脆口。第四道係北海道帶子,配椰菜花奶泡,底下有黎物麥墊底,感覺健康,上面有三文魚籽,充滿鮮味,帶有脆卜卜口感,最後有酸青瓜清味蕾!帶子好大隻,唔會淡而無味,彈牙!第五道前菜有65度慢煮雞肉卷配海蘆筍,上面有海鹽啫喱份子料理,加入牛肝菌湯,啫喱口感有趣,全道菜清清地,雞肉嫩滑。食到哩度其實已經飽飽地,但我地係唔會放棄!之後黎既係鵝肝凍,配血橙汁,上面有開心果碎,同埋有黑醋份子料理同埋火箭菜,每道菜其實都好有巧思,用好多心機設計,試好多新野,哩度菜既鵝肝凍略有點咸,如果配麵包應該會好美味!接住落黎係龍蝦湯,湯唔洗講

接住落黎係龍蝦湯,湯唔洗講,睇顏色都知勁濃,碟邊有龍蝦籽,想更濃可以混入湯入面!

然後黎左一個我全晚最欣賞既黑松露薯蓉加煎鵝肝,本新超中意食鵝肝,佢煎得好香口,底下墊住薯蓉,好有驚喜,有淡淡黑松露香味,上面有炸牛蒡,食到少少牛蒡味,本新唔食牛蒡既我都清哂碟

然後黎左個阿拉斯加蟹配溫泉蛋,牛油果醬同埋柚子汁,蟹味唔算濃,溫泉蛋個texture好好,唔係液體但係好軟滑!

最後,前菜終於告一段落,用番石榴雪葩黎清味蕾,迎接主菜既來臨!

我地揀左牛臉肉,台主話哩個係招牌菜,佢地用紅酒炆左2日,充滿骨膠原,食落超級淋滑,膠質重會漿口,好好食,好入味,不過share會較好,有d heavy!下面墊住既係玉米蓉,甜甜地清清地中和番牛肉既濃味

第二個主菜叫做我至愛既黑松露意大利飯,哩個味道係好食,但無牛臉肉咁令人surprise。

最後甜品都有兩款,分別係朱古力蛋糕配蜜蜂啫喱,同埋朱古力拼盤!朱古力蛋糕係類似brownie質感,非常濃既可可味,但更驚艷既係朱古力拼盤,外形超靚!雖然朱古力並唔係高價貨,但擺碟好有心思,影左好耐相先捨得食

仲有餐茶跟埋,店員好有心思介紹唔同既花茶或者咖啡,我揀左latte,味道好濃,我怕訓唔著,無飲哂!

總結而言,最後2360賣單,我地加左果汁同埋蠔所以貴左,每碟菜都睇得出餐廳好有heart,諗好多新元素加入菜式入面,自己整一定整唔到,成本都唔會平,好支持哩d有心機既小店,一定會再搵機會幫襯!
