一打開砂鍋蓋,蒸汽冒出,內𥚃的鮑汁仍在沸騰中,令人垂涎。用匙攪拌一下,把鮑汁和飯粒拌得更均勻。材料有大量的蝦肉和珍珠帶子,既爽口又腍身,味道亦鮮甜。米飯似是較優質的絲苗米,每一顆飯粒兩端尖尖的,並有鮑汁味。米飯的份量十足,使我們十分溫飽。
