又來到飯局了，在此對特別值得嘗試的菜式作簡單介紹吧。避風塘炸生蠔: 全晚令人最難忘，最好吃的一道，避風塘炒蟹倒吃過，炸生蠔版本的倒是第一次，炸得金黃閃亮的炸蒜鋪滿了生蠔的表面，也堆得整個碟也是，炸蒜是全脆的，口感跟味道也真無得輸。那主角炸蠔也很不錯，表面是多層的脆香，真美妙!貴妃蝦球: 賣相是高貴得體的, 蝦球就是萬綠叢中一點紅, 伴醬的味道很像千島醬, 甜甜酸酸的, 很開胃, 蝦球是爽口好吃的, 沙律菜也成功加入了健康的元素而不突兀。消費: $550
