To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 北京樓算是我的兒時回憶,今次光顧實在有點失望,尤其是片皮鴨。片皮鴨要等90分鐘,冇所謂啦,好嘢梗係要等嘅。當碟片皮鴨到嘅時候確實有啲驚訝,冇show俾我哋睇隻鴨,冇喺我哋面前片皮,碟鴨好細碟(我們叫了一隻鴨),未食已經睇到乾蒸,食落皮又唔脆,另外白色皮又冇蒸籠熱住。實在令人失望。不過其他餸都算好食,例如鳳尾魚,內軟外脆。蔥油餅多蔥又夠鬆脆。
