朋友移民在即,外國食日本菜比較貴,所以就同佢食餐Omakase當餞行。鮨悠同其他鮨店最大分別係每位食客黎到,店長會以茶道迎客。茶道嘅開端由和果子開始。之後店長會親自泡製抹茶,茶味回甘,正好中和剛才和果子嘅甜膩。朋友鍾意清酒,我地就叫左哩枝浦霞12,口感清爽甘甜,都算易入口。我自己唔太好清酒,只係小酌幾杯,另外叫左哩杯桃汁,離遠已經聞倒桃香味,又唔會太甜。Omakase套餐分左兩個價位,分別係悠($1,480/人)同悠($1,880/人),我地揀左後者,最大分別係多左刺身同和食,不過壽司就會少左,如果想食飽啲就建議揀前者。先黎前菜三點,順時針方向分別係蟹羊羹、伊達玉子同白梅貝,特別鍾意伊蛋王子,幾滑唔好太甜。鮫蝶魚魚邊三食 - 同一款魚,唔同切法令口感稍有不同,爽口得黎唔會太油。北海道真蠔雖然唔算好大隻,不過都肥美飽滿,配以土佐醋食,酸酸地幾開胃。鰹魚bb刺身厚切油潤,旁邊俾大量鰹魚碎圍住,令口感更豐富。北海道赤貝、北寄貝 - 兩款刺身都好爽口,不過我就鍾意前者多啲,因為佢多左陣爽甜味。北海道毛蟹已經去殼,啖啖肉食得方便,蟹肉仲帶少少海水鹹味,旁邊係毛蟹蟹膏,味道非常濃郁。間八黎自鹿兒島
